"Connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel heard, seen and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship"

ABOUT NURTURE THERAPY

We often put our energy, time and heart into nurturing those around us, leaving little room for nurturing our own selves. Nurture Therapy provides counseling to women throughout their lifespan, helping to create space in their lives to nurture their own selves throughout life's challenges, struggles and triumphs. Some of these include grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, finding one's self in parenthood, postpartum mental health, navigating situational crisis, creating respectful boundaries, and others.
SERVICES
My therapeutic approach is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths perspective and solution focused therapy.
Walk and Talk Therapy: In-person therapy sessions held in various parks in SE Calgary. The location is mutually decided upon with the therapist and client. Walk and Talk combines the healing power of movement and nature with traditional talk therapy.

Virtual: Therapy sessions are held over video conferencing through a secure portal. This allows the flexibility and freedom to book appointments around your schedule.

Sessions are between 50-60 minutes long. Longer sessions are available upon request.
